Smirk...
Now that the second part of National Board Exams is long past, I think it’s safe to admit I owe a few points to the Discovery Channel. The night before the exam, I was flipping through the satellite and came across a documentary about mandibulofacial dysostosis, aka Treacher-Collins Syndrome. In my studies of oral medicine, I learned the various disorders by their scientific names and not by their associated pretty names. Thanks to the Discovery Channel, I made the name association and got a few questions right that I would have otherwise answered completely differently!
