Do it before it's gone!
As a minor last horrah, our DDS class renter out a rooftop for the Cubs game. I have to admit that the view really was pretty good. The food wasn't bad, either. Discussion of the rooftop business indicated that the owner of that particular rooftop makes $24-26,000 PER GAME! With some 60 home games, that's $1,560,000 per year for that one building! And, yes, his silver Lamborghini Diablo was parked in back.
