Leftovers
Of course my first work week deserves a celebration. Pictured is just one of the claws from the 9.5lb lobster I attempted to eat at Riva. I ended up making 3 gallons of lobster bisque soup with the leftovers and have plenty to go around!
Horray for crustaceans!
